Did you upgrade from 2.1.10 or a previous version? We're going to be re-testing WDTV Live here soon, so if this the case we'll get it fixed. There may be an issue related to another device that triggers a similar problem, so we're looking into this.Originally Posted by Dion

Hi,
I'd also have no need of thumbnails and would like the option not to 'collect' them when adding files / folders to the database.
Great product by the way, and well worth the money.

Is there a way I can get older mezzmo releases to test this? Its happening very offen now.

Can you please e-mail support (at) conceiva (dot) com and I'll send you a patch to try - it's be better if we could get the current version fixed, rather than roll back to older ones and I'm sure we'll get it working properly again
