Default Mezzmo 3.4 not displaying subtitles on Pioneer BDP-140

    Hi,
My version of Mezzmo does not display external subtitles (.srt) I have enabled "stream external subtitles" but only embedded subtitles are displayed.

What device profile are you using? Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this. If you are not using the 'Pioneer BDP' device profile, then try setting this and see how you go. If still no success, then right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Properties'. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab and see if your external subtitle files are listed there. If not, then click Update Subtitles. If still not listed, then make sure the filename of the SRT file is the same as your video file and in the same folder. See this subtitle FAQ for more helpful information - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...titling-Basics.

I've tried everything. In Wild Media Server just need to mark an option. Disliked software. I want my money back. How to proceed? Thank you.
