Can't restore Mezzmo after reinstal system

Hi
I use mezzmo long time without any problem. Everything work super fine from 3.0 till the newest version.
Today i reinstal my system (Windows 7 x64) and i can't force my mezzmo to work good.

- I install mezzmo - update it
- I set up basic settings (i have LG 42LS570S - nothing change in TV)
- i add files to library

And the strange thing: Mezzmo is seen on my TV i open it like always i see default list folders Video, Music, Photo... but inside there are no files i add.
Another strange thing is that my TV is not list on "media devices" in mezzmo...

Te crazy is that i have a "copy" my whole earlier working system - i have it on another disk and when start it everything working well. I try copy mezzmo folder and files in \use\ appdata local - but without success.

What can i do? Where can i start to diagnose it.

Ad. System is clean, hardware configuration is the same, firewall off...
Ad2. When i use LG Smart share on my mobile - i see the same default list (not my list of files)
