DLNA streaming does not support displaying DVD or Blu-ray menus.
If you want to change the audio language or subtitles, then there are two ways to do this. First, when the the video is playing, press the Tools or Options or Settings button on your device's remote control. Many devices let you select the audio channel and subtitles.
Second, if your device does not let you select the audio channel or subtitle, then go to Mezzmo and right-click on the video and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Video tab and set the preferred audio channel and select the 'Only stream the preferred channels to devices' checkbox. For subtitles, we have a good FAQ that explains all about displaying subtitles on your devices - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...titling-Basics
