Thread: Playlist sharing permissions

    Default Playlist sharing permissions

    Hi,

I've tried to limit parts of my library to some devices (AV for Music, TV for Video/Foto) but this doesn't seem to work.

As a test I blocked all and then allowed the entire subnet (192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.255) access via the dialog and the result was that my TV sees the media server but no content at all.

    Help?

    Regards

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to your TV and try to browse your playlists/files to reproduce the problem. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

This resolved itself while testing. I'm not sure what the problem was, however - maybe not including the Mezzmo Server itself, which I did this time..
