Thanks for the excellent explanation & screenshots.

The "TC" suffix on some of your titles could be being added by Mezzmo server. Check this: In Mezzmo, go to the Options dialog (Logging page) and check if the "Add text to title when a file requires transcoding" checkbox is selected. If selected and the text is "TC", then this explains the TC suffix.

Please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide an updated LG TV device profile to try. In your email, please includes the FFmpeg information for the downloaded 1080p video that played OK, the downloaded 1080p video that did not play OK and the Captain Philips video that had no subtitles when streaming with Mezzmo. To get the FFmpeg information, right-click on each video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
I have only 1 day left on my extended trial and I wont be home tonight. Thanks for the help though it was greatly appreciate. I might purchase it but for $30, that's a gamble right now as I can't get all the kinks out.

There is a nice 30% discount available at the moment (until end of January) so that may help - see http://www.conceiva.com/buy/specialoffers.asp. Also, we'll continue to work with you to iron out those kinks and get you up and running
