Mezzmo and B650 (.mkv)
Hello.
Today I tried to play mkv movie with DTS audio (TV does not support DTS).
I have Samsung LE46B650. When I chose Samsung B profile i get Unsupported file....
With Samsung A profile I have correct audio and video, but there is no subtitles (.srt file). Some other Samsung profiles support .str subtitles but there is problem with audio.
Any suggestions ?
You should see subtitles if you have a .SRT or .SUB file with the same file name as your video file, and in the same folder as your video file.

The movie and subtitles have the same file name. I think the problem is in the profile.
Can you send me your log files, and we will work out what is going wrong. To turn on logging, see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging, then try to connect & play the video that has an accompanying .SRT file. After that, please stop the server and email us the logs for further investigation to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
