Default Oppo 103 and Korean font

    Hi Mezzmo team,

Oppo 10x is still very popular BDP in South Korea but the shortcoming is no Korean font support in it. When loading EUC-KR based subtitle with some mkvs, Oppo can't show it correctly and subs are broken.

I wonder Mezzmo can burn the EUC-KR based Sami sub and transcoding it to Oppo.. If yes, how do I do that?
I tested briefly but checked they're still broken. Any advices?

Mezzmo can burn subtitles with EUC-KR based SMI subtitles. A few things you should check:

    • Right-click on the video that has the SMI subtitles and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab. You should see your SMI subtitles listed there. Select it and click 'Subtitle Settings'. On the Subtitle Settings dialog, adjust the codepage and font so that your subtitles appear correctly in the dialog. Click OK to save your settings.
    • Go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your Oppo device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Subtitles tab. Turn off external and embedded subtitles checkboxes and turn on the burn subtitles checkbox. Next, go to the Transcoding tab and delete your transcoded files. Make sure transcoding checkbox is turned on.

Try streaming some videos now. You should see burnt subtitles displayed in your videos on your Oppo. For more information about setting up and streaming subtitles, see this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...titling-Basics

The Oppo BDP showed 25%, 50% msg in the screen when getting the encoded stream and exited to the folder view showing nothing.
Shall I give you the log files?

Yes - email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Before streaming the video when logging, delete the transcoded file for the video. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Properties'. On the Properties dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete any transcoded files listed there.
