Default Unable to stream to Genie C41

I recently replaced two HR24 boxes with one HR44 and on C41. I can successfully stream to the HR44 but not on the C41, I only get a blank screen. Can anyone confirm whether or not it should work? If so, what might my next steps be?

    Hi Roxshot,

Some users have reported problems streaming to their C31 after a recent C31 firmware update. See http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...s)-Media-Share. We're happy to help you troubleshoot any Mezzmo issue but, from this thread, the problem may be related to C31 firmware changes.

I'm sorry, I mispoke. I have c41's but it's probably the same issue.

    Update
I found that if I pre-transcode videos for the DirecTV HR44 (mpeg2) then I am able to stream to my C41. Since the C41's do not have their own IP address I don't think Mezzmo knows how to handle the request.

Thanks for sharing this information, Roxshot. Glad you have made some progress to get videos playing on your Genie C41.
