Samsung B650 issues

Early on I had some issues playing files on my Sammy B650, various updates fixed them so I bought the software. As of late with the latest software My B650 is not playing some .mkv files, displays "Not supported" --what happened? Did some of the fixes in the new software undo something? ALL my files are made with makeMKV.

Some of the files will play on my Sony BDP ( which I have an open ticket on with other issues), and all files play on my WD Live HD, But there are some that will play on the Sony and not the Sammy, and the reverse , frustrating.
