    Hi anyco44,

Is TV connected via wireless? It could be that your wireless connection is not stable or the signal strength is not strong enough or is getting lots of interference from other devices. This can result in many errors/collisions when sending data on your home network and eventually your TV may abort the listing due to too many errors. If possible, try using an Ethernet cable and see if that fixes the problem. If it does, then you have found the culprit. Understand. Try rebooting your router. That can often be the cause.

If still a problem, then send us a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the dropping connection problem on your TV and then stop your Mezzmo server and edit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
