Default synchronization sending audio and video simultaneously to different devices

I am on the way to build my home theather in my apartment and I have constraints and some existing device that I would like to use:

    - a DLNA enabled receiver/amplifier (Onkyo TX-8050) to reproduce the sound
    - the existing Wifi - through my Cisco router - rather than physical wires to connect the devices
    - use Mezzmo to act as a controller to send audio and video SIMULTANEOUSLY to the 2 different renderers (TX-8050 and a new projector DLNA enabled that I need to buy, e.g., LG PA75U)

The following ideas are instead just nice to have (and not mandatory):

    - use my WD My Book Live DLNA enabled external storage to hold the movies
    - connect a powered speaker to the projector to act as a rear speaker only.

Will the TX-8050 and the projector properly SYNCHRONIZED in time?

Thanks in advance for your support!

    Hi edddh,

Typically, home theater owners connect their AV receiver to their TV (or projector) via ARC HDMI and then stream movies or music directly to their TV (or projector). The video is rendered by the TV (or projector) and the audio is played by the AV receiver. The video and audio are synchronized using this method (or if not synchronized, then can be easily adjusted using the AV receiver's sync menu settings).

Trying to stream video to one device and audio to another device and have them both correctly synchronized at all times is not achievable due to many variables - such as network contention, different device rendering systems, etc.
