I have it set for "My Media World" but there are always 2 showing up.
Never sure which one I should be using. Any idea how to get rid of the other?

Typically you see two Mezzmo servers listed on your devices when you have two network cards (wired and wireless?) on your PC. Mezzmo and your DLNA devices on your home network are communicating on both network adaptors. To just use one, go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo and edit your device. Change the 'Network Adaptor' setting from Automatic to the network adaptor you wish to use (e.g. wired).
