Talking File not supported error on Samsung PS60E8000GM

    Hi all

I am in the process of trialing Mezzmo and so far I a really liking it. I am having an issue, however with streaming video files to my Samsung PS60E8000GM. I can browse all the videos in my library and all thumbnails display perfectly. The issue is that if i attempt to play any video file i receive a 'File Not Supported' error.

The profile that is selected is 'Samsung E' - this was automatically detected.
Transcode incompatible media files is selected.
The version of FFmpeg is June 27th 2013
I have the latest firmware installed on the TV

Any help is greatly appreciated. I only have 4 days of trial left but would love to purchase the software if we can get it working

    Many thanks

Typically, the problem is related to access permissions where Mezzmo server cannot access your files if they are coming from a NAS drive or external computer. To fix this problem, see this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...r-home-network.

If still a problem, then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your TV and try to play a few videos. When they fail to play, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

    Thanks Paul

It was the Mezzmo Service account that needed to be changed to my username.

    Again, many thanks
