Panasonic DMR-BST820

Hello,

above device is not recognized by Mezzmo. It is a BluRay recorder.
Any idea which profie should be used for it?

It can display some videos, but not long ones with about 3 hours or more.

The Panasonic Viera TV is recognized and can display those videos.

Hi Frank,

Try the one of the 'Panasonic BDP' device profiles. Go to the Media Devices dialog to set the device profile.

If no better, let us know and we'll help further.

I tried the following profiles:

Generic NTSC (recognized by default): No audio playback.
Panasonic BDP: Audio and video playback possible. Video (1920x1080) displayed with wrong aspect ratio (stretched like for 4:3 ratio). Fast forward possible, but only for a short period, then error.
Very slow transcoding (40 fps).
Panasonic BDP 2012: No video playback.
Panasonic BDP MKV: No video playback.
Panasonic BDP MPEG-TS: Audio and video playback. Aspect ratio ok. Fast transcoding (2400 fps). Fast forward not possible (picture freezes, movie resumes at the point where you started FF).
Panasonic BD75: No audio playback.

Seems at the moment that Panasonic BDP is the best compromise. If you have a better profile, or recommend testing some other, please let me know.
