    Default The current file not supported

    I use to be playing files with my samsung TV. However not it has alot of files not supported.

    Unfortunately, your rar file does not have any server logs.

    Please tell us the following:

    • The model of your TV
    • The device profile you are using for your TV. Go to Media Devices dialog to see this.
    • The FFmpeg information for one of the files that does not play. Right-click on the video file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
    • Is transcoding turned on/off? Check the Transcoding Settings dialog and the Device Settings dialog (Transcoding tab). It's best to have transcoding turned on - or you may get "unsupported" error messages from your TV.
