How to get Subtitles to Play
Hi, I'm pretty much a novice at subtitles.
I thought that if I placed a srt subtitles file in the same folder as the main file, and made sure that it was named the same thing, that that the subtitles would be picked up and appear? I use Mezzmo, and my device is a LG Streaming Set Top Box.
Is there something else I need to do?

Check your device profile in the Media Devices dialog. IT should be using one of the LG device profiles. Also, right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab and check that your subtitles are listed there. Select a subtitle and click Subtitle Settings to view the subtitle to make sure it is displayed correctly.
