Default Problems seeing movies it breaks some times

When I am seeing movies it is beginning to making breaks after about 15-20 minuts,
and it is reloading and breaking. If I then is moving the mouse to stop the screensaver.
The movie is running normali Again in 15-20 minuts and then the same is happining Again.
It looks like some kind of power saving in Windows.
Or maybe it is the antivirus program ad-aware that starts scanning of HD's
When I see at the HD-Led the activity is going up when the movie starts breking.
I hope there is a solution to this problem.
    My system is as follows.
    Windows 7 ultimate
    ad-aware antivirus program.
Movie is on a external USB HD.

    regards.
    Erik

Go to Windows Control Panel and check your power management settings in Windows 7. Try turning off any power management setting and then stream the video again. If the video play fine now, then you know it is related to power management settings and you will need to tweak them. If that is not the cause, then exit your anti-virus software and then try streaming. Let us know how you go.

I am not shure I can give the full answer of this.

I have set the power saving in Windows as follows.
Power plan is set to: balanced recommended.
Shut Down monitor after 5 minutes.
Shut Down Cumputer after 15 minutes.
I set like this because I want the computer to shut Down Automatic 15 minuts after stop looking movies.

The problem sees as a cooperation between The Windows power saving and the antivirus program.
Some times I have the problem and other time I dont.
I can only think as when the HD are newlig scanned there is no problem, and if it is some time since
the last scan I have the problem.
I have also changed my antivirus program and it looks like working alright now.

    regards
    Erik
