Default Title/File Name starts with #(number)

I might not know how to do it, but I'm missing this option. It might have been already suggested, if so, I'm sorry.

It's either this option for smart playlist, or option to add a path to active playlist and then Group by first letter. Path for active playlist might be better.
If you want to have movies and TV shows separated and still have files and titles that start with a number in a playlist, it might be a useful feature.

Thanks for the suggestion. The upcoming Mezzmo v4.0 will let you have a number prefix in your titles.

Mezzmo v4.0 has been released and now you can adjust the Display Titles for your files. To have numbers in front of the titles, you can use a display title like "%FILECOUNTER% %TITLE%". Go to the Options dialog (General page) to set Display Titles for your Mezzmo library. Or, right-click on a playlist/folder and click Properties to set the display titles for files displayed in the playlist/folder.
