Default Mezzmo and Samsung Horizon Box

I am currently trying to play a movie from Mezzmo on the Samsung Horizon Box, which was provided to me by the local cable TV provider Unitymedia.

The box is currently able to find the Mezzmo Server in my network. Also Mezzmo is able to find the Horizon Box in the network. Mezzmo sets the profile of the box to "Samsung C". I can browse through the movies whose are available through Mezzmo. I can show the mivie details. But - I am not able start the movie which is an mkv file (any other formats or container are also not playable). As Twonky Media Server works fine I consider that the profile "Samsung C" is not correct.

Could you tell me please which profile I should select so that the Horizon Box are able to play video files?

    Thank you.

We can create a device profile for your Horizon Box. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your Horizon Boz and try to play a few videos. When they fail, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

The original poster never contacted us with information we need to create the device profile. The offer still stands though - i.e. we can create a device profile for your Horizon Box. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your Horizon Box and try to play a few videos. When they fail, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
