TV Shows metadata

Hi, Enjoying the new features in V4 but not sure if I have a setting wrong somewhere

I have sorted the below, just a different way of hows things now look

Under V3 my TV shows would be names as below
Miranda: S001E001: Date
with V4 if I do a get get online metadata the above would be named
Date
it is missing the series info from the title

in options the TV series are set to be shown as (above is in category TV Shows)
%SERIES%: S%SEASON% E%EPISODE%: %TITLE%

This happens on all tv shows

Any Thoughts?

Another example of this
file I just ripped today
Benidorm S04E01 - Episode 1.mp4
When I run maintain library (show did not exist in library prior to this as it's new)
program gets added to library, but the title is just Episode 1
version 3 would have added it as Benidorm: S004 E001: Episode 1

looking into this more looks like it is working as expected, is it correct that the title field in the server app only shows the show title now, when browsing from a dlna device it adds the show info to the front of it
if so I need to do a bit of maintenance on my library to get it all in the new format
