    Default burned in sub

    Hi all.
I can't get my subs on my tv or smartphone HTC one from a mkv file. I have tried the instructions for burned in subtitles but It's not working. Please advise.

First step - check our subtitles FAQ since it contains all the tips you need to get them working:
    http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...titling-Basics

If that does not help, then a few things we need to know to help you:

    • Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab. Do you see your subtitles listed here? Click 'Update Subtitles' if you don't see them. Take a screenshot of this subtitle list and email that to us.
    • What is your TV model and what device profiles are you using for your TV and HTC One? Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.
    • Edit each device in the Media Devices dialog and on the Device Settings dialog, go to the Subtitles tab. Take a screenshot of this screen and email that to us.
    • Right-click on your MKV file and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Email this to us.

Either post all that information here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
