Mezzmo not showing all folders

Hello

Hardware:

• SHARP AQUOS TV (Supported)
• LG 3D Blueray Player (Supported)
• Mezmo installed on Windows 7 x64
• All hardware is connected via LAN cables (Hardwired and visible on network)

Problem
I just purchased Mezzmo and I really like the interface, however I have a rather problematic issue.

When I add a folder to my Mezzmo library via my PC, which contains around 50 video folders (which are all populated) Some of these folders on the SHARP TV as well as the LG Blueray Player are not visible. Scenarios are:

• Folder is visible on SHARP AQUOS TV, folder is empty
• Folder is missing on SHARP AQUOS TV
• Folder is visible on SHARP TV, folder is populated

The slight workaround is to view the "last added content" on the SHARP AQUOS TV under the Mezzmo Media Application, sometimes those missing files from empty folders appear. However, some files and folders are still missing but when I use Windows Media Player on the SHARP TV I can see everything.

I have even updated the library, Scanned for new files in Mezzmo, maintained the library, added the folder, added a Mezmo library and no joy.

Please can someone advise what I need to do.

EDIT: FIXED!

Followed this guide: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...8931#post18931 it was the windows service not using my login credentials, basically the folders had security for only my username! So I had to add this to the Mezzmo service and voila!
