Default Getting metadata from internet despite being disabled

Maintain Library - Media Retrieval Settings - Get text metadata and artwork from internet web sites

Even with that setting turned off, Mezzmo reverts to the internet after scanning locally. I can't find an old thread but I recall this being a problem back in the 2.x days.

Best way is to start with a new install/database (or maybe just new material) and make sure your internet is down/disconnected. Walk away while it starts the local scan of everything. Come back later and see in the status tab that it's trying to scan the internet for metadata. Since the internet was down at the time, that message just hung there with the count of items unchanged.
