Whats the chance to have RSS video podcasts.

This has been discussed here internally and at the moment there's no definite decision whether this will be implemented or not. I would say that there's a chance, yes, but not in the next major update (since that already has a defined feature set).

Will DownloadStudio handle RSS Video Feeds? If so, will it push them to Mezzmo?

Not sure frankly I'll ask and see. But technology would be shared between both products, I believe - the implementation would be a bit different of course, since Mezzmo would also need to transcode the stream to deliver it to the device.
