Mezzmo does not use .NET framework. If you having problems, then run the (latest) Mezzmo installer again and it will prompt you to repair your Mezzmo program files. Click YES and you should be OK. If not OK, then describe the problem you are having in more detail.

It sounds like your Mezzmo program file set is corrupted. I suggest you uninstall completely and re-install the latest version. If you get an error or crash after doing that, then please email us support [at] conceiva [dot] com with a screenshot of the error message and/or send us the crash dump ZIP file.
I also recommend scan your computer for viruses & malware with an up-to-date virus checker like AVG or Avast.

Did you not believe me?
Could it be this problem:

Do the following logs confirm this?

They sure look like the same problem I had. What would confirm it is if you uninstall Mezzmo, install the file from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...s.aspx?id=3387 and then install Mezzmo again, and after that it works.
Perhaps someone from Conceiva can check to see if that installer omission ever got fixed; and, if so, if it might have regressed in Mezzmo 4.
