What the hell with the mezzmo new version?

A few days ago, I updated mezzmo to the newest version and today again more newst, the 4.0.6.5
Since I updated the mezzmo, existing media files are ok but new added file is played without subtitles.
Additionally in properties window, when a tab clicked, no information's shown up (refer to the attachment)

Why does it happens?
