Hi Jason,
First thing to make sure: When you are browsing (say) videos from your Mezzmo server, make sure that you are in Video mode on your device. If you are in Photo or Music mode, then your device will not list videos since they are not music or photos. It's quite a common mistake for this to happen.
If that did not help, then it's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see
http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now reproduce the empty folder/no files problem on one of your devices. Once reproduced, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
