Update: We found that the source of the problem for one user (BeFi). On the Windows Services window, BeFi had two Mezzmo servers listed under the same Windows user account. These two servers were sometimes running at the same time and this will cause conflicts in DLNA streaming. There should only be one Mezzmo server running per Windows user account. To check if you have the same problem, run Windows Task Manager and check if there are multiple "MezzmoMediaServer.exe" processes listed under the Processes tab on Task Manager (make sure you view all processes from all users). If you have multiple, then go to Windows Services window (type "services.msc" into the Windows Start Run menu) and check if you have multiple Mezzmo servers listed there. If you do, then change the properties of all but one of them to disabled so that only one Mezzmo server runs for that Windows user account.

Dré,
In my case (I had the two mezzmo media servers at times) the random behavior with HD videos is completely resolved. All TV's play all HD videos independent of bitrate.
Hi Dré,
Please check for multiple Mezzmo servers as I explained in my previous post. If no success, then email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help you resolve this problem.
