Default New Mezzmo version detects different device profile

Hi. I have a Samsung TV model UA40B7000 and Mezzmo used to select Samsung B device profile which worked OK for most videos. Now it selects Samsung F which doesn't work at all. The TV just sits with a blank screen and eventually resets itself.
Samsung B doesn't work any more either. I have turned transcoding off and I am converting videos as needed. Can you suggest the best device profile to use for this Tv and can you tell me how Mezzmo allocates device profiles. I made my own device profile some time ago and that has stopped working as well and I really prefer not to go down that path again. Just too many options to consider.
    Kind Regards
    Geoff

Mezzmo auto-detects your device on your home network and assigns the device profile based on the device identifiers sent to Mezzmo from your DLNA device (TV). It's best we see a set of logs when you have playing problems. Set the device profile to 'Samsung B'. Then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the streaming problems and, when the video does not play on your TV, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information' and email this information to us also.

Thanks for such a quick response Paul.
When I went to do what you asked, it would not fail. Typical....
Anyway, I stopped the server, deleted all devices from the list, turned logging on and restarted mezzmo and the server. Sure enough it failed and couldn't even get a playlist to show. Mezzmo selected Samsung C instead of Samsung B. Good. I changed the profile back to Samsung B and restarted the server and all worked again. This isn't what I said in my previous message and I don't know why it works now. Because there is no Samsung C.prf I went looking and found it in SamsungLA.Prf. I can still send you the logs etc if you like but I hope to save you some time sand work. Thankyou
    All the best
