Default Media Server crash when exiting program

    Hi,
This is not causing any issues while running the app, but quite often if I close down Mezzmo windows reports that the Mezzmo Server stopped working, for some reason it is not shutting it down correctly
I can reopen straight away and everything is fine, so it's not causing any major issues

Is this something you have seen before?

I can try getting logs, but so far have been unable to replicate the error when I try so logs could be huge if I leave logging enabled (don't have fast enough BB to upload big log files)

this is what the event viewer says, but doesn't mean to much to me

Thanks for reporting this, Paul. When a crash occurs, you should see the Mezzmo crash window displayed. Click the 'Go To Folder' button on this window and then email the crash dump ZIP file to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Unfortunately it crashes in the background so I dont get a crash window
    This is how it goes

I close the Mezzmo main app
If all is well I get the window coming up asking if its ok to make changes to my pc, saying yes then terminates the server
when it is going to fail, it takes about 20 seconds for the above prompt to appear, when I click yes the server crashes (I only see it has crashed by looking in event viewer or reliability history), no visual information that it has crashed other than taking a while to shut down

Any idea where the crash report is stored, I will look today but not sure what I am looking for

    Thanks

    Cheers
I have sent the error file via email (looks like its old though to me), this is the only error I ever get so even if old should cover it

Could be windows problem, doing something with background processes
