Unhappy MP4 files unable to Fast Forward or Pause

Unable to Fast Forward or Pause MP4 movie files in Mezzmo.

The functionality works on other DLNA software such as Serviio & Samsung PC Share Manage.

I don't have any issues with Fast Forwarding & Pausing MKV files.

Is this a bug or is Mezzmo missing this functionality for the moment?

    I have a Samsung PS58C7000 (Firmware: 2002.0)

Are you using Mezzmo v2.1.11 or a previous one? Also, which device profile is selected, "Samsung C"?

Can you please also send FFmpeg information on one of those MP4 files (in Mezzmo right-click on the file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command) to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll try to replicate this here.

I am using Mezzmo v2.1.11 with the Samsung C profile that was auto detected.

I will email the FFmpeg information for one of the MP4 when i get home.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Thanks. I think I know what the problem is - please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and I'll send you an updated device profile to try.

Yes, the next update will include these fixes, but I'm not sure at this point when it'll be released. Hopefully not too far away though
