    Default Android Trial

    I am using the Android trial version and have problems streaming to my DNLA devices.
    I get the error message stop 701 Transition not available.
    This for any media file, music, video or photo.

    I can stream the same files from my PC using Mezzmo, without any problem.

    Can you advise what to do?

    It appears your device does not like to be controlled by a DLNA digital media controller (which is what the Mezzmo Android app is). What device are you streaming to (incl. model number)?

    My devices are Sony BD -E370 Blu-Ray Player and LG 55LM760T TV

    I can play all the files using Mezzmo on my PC. I can also send files from my Android device which also play on both devices.

    Please enable logging in the app by going to settings and check the box for diagnostic logging then exit and restart the app and try playing some files on the device from Mezzmo android and after the error occurs go to settings again and select the item to view the log files then send us the log to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we can investigate further.
