Default Programe reverting to 15 Day Trail

Recently I upgraded my mezzmo program from version 4.0. 6 .0 and it upgraded okay my computer is as I would expect to be however when I start my Panasonic TV model number TH-L60WT60A and try to play a movie from my mezzmo library mezzmo starts but comes up with my 15 day trial has expired which is a bit strange considering I have a license for version 4. And during the upgrade no request to renew the license was made. When I was checked in about mezzmo it had updated to version 4.1.1.0 however when I started the program again a update dialog box come up with an option to upgrade to version 4.1.2.0. I downloaded and installed the update Returned to my TV and starting Mezzmo up again It initializes but comes up with the 15 day trial and won't progress any further. Could you please advise me what the problem is so at least I can use a program.
    Thank you in anticipation.

Sorry for the problems. Try re-entering your Mezzmo serial and license key to re-register your Mezzmo and that may fix it. If you have misplaced your Mezzmo serial and license key, email as at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. After re-registering, stop and start your Mezzmo server. If still a problem, then email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help out.

    Thanks for your reply Paul
I have my serial number and license codes so that's no problem where I'm having problems now is finding where in the program to enter these in as the actual program itself shows that it is activated
and my serial number install. But as I explained before when you go to the TV it comes up with 15 day trial and a bit reluctant to reload the program in again as I will lose all my settings ECT. Is there a way that I can put in new serial numbers without having to reload the program.
    Thanks in anticipation

    HI Handel,

Try this: Go to the Media Server Settings dialog and rename your Mezzmo server from 'Mezzmo' to something else (e.g. "Mezzmo (Family PC)"). This will force Mezzmo into re-registering it as a Windows service and may fix up problem.

If no success, then turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Wait 1-2 minutes and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
