Default No FF/RW on Samsung TV

I have a Samsung Smart TV model UN46F5500AF using Mezzmo profile "Samsung F". The Play, Pause and Stop buttons work fine. When I press the Fast Forward or Rewind buttons the message "Not Available" is displayed on the TV. I have tried pre-transcoding a movie ISO image in the Matroska format and the Fast Forward button worked 4 or 5 times but hasn't worked since then. I've applied the latest Samsung software update to the TV and it did not help. I have a Vizio TV that has no problems with Fast Forward or Rewind playing the same movie although it's using a Yamaha BDP profile.

So are there and logs that can be captured for troubleshooting or tweaks that can be made to get the FF/RW to work on the Samsung TV?

Wow... I just figured it out. If you press the "return" button on the remote (center of the direction arrows) while the movie is playing an option bar appears at the bottom of the screen. The Fast Forward and Rewind buttons are grayed out and cannot be used. However there is a "Search" option that allows you search the time bar which works exactly like Fast Forward and Rewind. I have to press a couple of extra buttons but at least it works.

For others experiencing this problem... The "Search Time Bar" option will only appear on the TV if the movie has been pre-transcoded. The option is not there for ISO images that are transcoded on the fly.
