The .SMI subtitle file appears to be OK. Mezzmo loads it OK and displays the subtitle contents correctly. If you are not seeing subtitles on your TV, then check the following:
- Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab. You should see your subtitle listed there. Select it and click Subtitle Settings to check that it is displayed correctly.
- Go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your LG TV. On the Device Settings dialog, check that you are using one of the LG TV device profiles. I would suggest using the "LG TV (2013 models)" device profile. Select that and svae your changes. Try streaming now.
- When the video is streaming on your TV, press Options or Tools button on your TV's remote control to turn on subtitles.
