    Default Mezzmo Maintenance

Have you ever thought about adding backing up the database to the specified backup location as a part of the Mezzmo nightly maintenance? That would be a pretty handy feature to include.

We could add that, but I'm not sure backing up your Mezzmo database daily is required. We'll discuss it further here.

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide

Here's why I think it would be a good idea.

I add files on almost a daily basis. A few days ago Mezzmo (the front-end app) crashed. When it crashed, it took the database with it. My most recent backup was about two weeks old. As a result, not only did I lose the changes that I had made to it in between those times, alot of the custom changes I had made to some of the file properties themselves was lost and I had to go back and re-do them. It took me the better part of four hours to do that.

    Maybe make it an option.
