Default Just upgraded to DirectTV Genie!

Just upgraded to Direct TV genie. HR44/500 receiver, and now my Mezzmo Media Server is not working properly. I have rest the network, router, hosting cpu, and the direct tv system. I have also changed the profiles to HR24, etc. Noting seems to work. I get the movies to show up, but they have an X in front of them. I have attached a photo for reference. I have no idea20141227_133717.jpg what to do next to get my server back up an running.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The 'X' suggests that your Directv Genie cannot play the video due to a non-supported format. Go back to the Media Devices dialog and make sure you have Directv device profiles assigned to all your Directv devices. Also, make sure you have transcoding turned on for each Directv device. Edit each device on the Media Devices dialog and, on the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and make sure transcoding is turned on there.
