Video pretranscoding failed and stuck

Hello.
I get pre-transcoding error message from mezzmo. It transcode most of the files good, but than it failed. I attach log file.

But i also have another problem. Why it stop transcoding of all files? Why it cant just move failed file to the bottom of the list and start transcoded next file? I cant open mezzmo every hour and manually restart transcoding.

Is it possible to fix it?

Mezzmo should continue to pre-transcode all files if one fails. We'll check that here and fix it for the next Mezzmo version.

Regarding the failed transcode, it seems ffmpeg,exe could not complete the conversion. You can try pre-transcoding to another format if there are multiple encoding formats for the device profile that is assigned to your device. Or, you can upload the original file to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, mega.co.nz, etc. and email us the download link. We'll try it here and try to determine why the transcoding failed for this particular video file.
