Hi Paul,

We got a new tv in December. The samsung tv (UN65176203) picked up mezzmo right. Probably 98% of the videos are working fine but we've come across 2 examples of videos not working.
We are currently using the media profile - Samsung H.

On all our old dora videos (which worked with mezzmo through our blueray), the error we get is that it doesn't support MSMPEG4V3. The other is just a random show, it says, cannot play video.

I've pasted the FFMpeg info from both files

We're hoping you might have an idea? We missing a codec on our computer?
