Upload it to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, mega.co.nz, etc. and email us the download link to support [at] conceiva [dot] com. I just went ahead and ripped a bluray but only a chapter or two. I've emailed support with the file location and such. Let me know what you find.

Thanks - we reproduced your problem on our PS3. It appears the problem is the encoding of your MKV files and that PS3's firmware cannot decode and play them properly. When we fully pre-transcode one of your MKV files to another format, the video plays fine on our PS3. I have emailed you more details about this.
