I've been trying for a while to send in a support request, but mails bounce with an error like this one. Does anyone know an alternative address I could use? (I'm sending from Gmail)

Emails from Gmail that have attachments are sometimes being rejected by Gmail. We're looking into the problem. For the moment, please upload the logs to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, mega.co.nz, etc. and email the download link to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
