Problem with pre-transcoding

Hello.
I build smart playlist with 500 videos.
I start pre-transcode it, 100 videos pre-transcoded.


I remove all files from queue
My player see transcoded file and play it well.


Then i select this smart playlist again, press "NOT TRANSCODE ALREADY PRE-TRANSCODED", and i see what 10 files already transcoded, but the rest of them transcoded again.


Why files, what been pre-transcoded already, transcoded again?
Why mezzmo cant detect this files?
How to fix it?
