Default Streaming DVR-MS files to an LG 42LD790

    Hi,

I've got Mezzmo installed as a trial at the moment and want to use it to stream the DVR-MS files created by Vista x64 to my LG 42LD70 TV. It can't play DVR-MS files natively via USB or when I select the LG TV or Generic profile options in Mezzmo.

I'll need to transcode the files, but none of the Mezzmo options seem to help so I guess i'll need to make some changes to the profile XML, but I can't find them anywhere. I don't have the folder mentioned in the following FAQ post
    http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ofiles-located
I've searched my PC for prf files but none are found.

Any ideas / tips on how to get this thing working?

    Thanks

    Neil

    Hi Neil,

The first step I would take is to determine why they are not being transcoded. Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try to play one of those files again and once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll take a look and proceed based on that.

What Windows version do you have? The logs will also show the exact location of the device profiles, so I'll be able to tell you where they are on your system.

    Hi Dennis,

I've sent the logs, and found the profiles, they're in C:\ProgramData\Conceiva\Mezzmo\DeviceProfiles
I'm running Vista Home Premium x64

    Thanks
