Default How can Title and Movie information be generated from private filename layout

I might have not understood the concept behind Mezzmo and how Titles, Cover pictures etc. can be fetched automatically from the
Internet when the movie filenames have a private format.

All my movies and TV series currently are named like this (as they are TV recordings and in .ts format), a
regular expression example on filename layout looks like

    150319F_SWR BW HD_Unter Nachbarn.ts

    \d{6}F?_.*?_.*?\.ts

    \d{6} --recording date YYMMDD
F? --transport stream has been Fixed (means cut and cleaned) or not
    _ --separator
    .*? --TV channel
    _ --separator
    .*? --movie title/TV Series
    \.ts --file extension

I'm wondering whether it is possible to use the above filename layout (without fiddling around manually) to
generate the necessary Title information, have the recording date being used as date movie was added to the library and also
use the information to capture related data about the movie/TV Series from the internet.
Nearly all of the movies and TV Series are German (based).

The Streaming to device is an OPPO BDP-103.

Currently, even when manually adjusting the movie title in Mezzmo, to get Internet information, the cover
picture is still not being shown/visible on the OPPO.

The current version of Mezzmo (v4.1.3.0) supports the following file path styles for extracting TV show and movie information from file paths:

    C:\folder\Movie Title.avi
    C:\folder\Movie Title YYYY.avi
    C:\folder\Movie Title (YYYY).avi
    C:\folder\Title s01e01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title 1x01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\Title 1x01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1 Episode 1 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\s01e01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\1x01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\Title s01e01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\Title 1x01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\Episode 1 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title\Season 1\Season 1 Episode 1 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\s01e01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\1x01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\Title s01e01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\Title 1x01 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\Episode 1 Subtitle.avi
    C:\folder\Title Season 1\Season 1 Episode 1 Subtitle.avi

Currently, Mezzmo does not allow private file naming styles to be added, but it is something we may add into a future version of Mezzmo.

An alternative for you is to generate matching external metadata files (.XML, .TGMD, .NFO) and Mezzmo will read these external metadata files to collect the key information about your video files (e.g. TV series, season, episode, movie name, date, etc.) and then use that to gather text metadata and artwork from the web. This would mean that you do not have to change your preferred filenaming layout. If you need help with this, let us know.

Regarding your Oppo not displaying artwork, Mezzmo server delivers all text metadata and artwork to your devices using standard DLNA/UPnP information. It is up to your device's firmware to display it or not. If another media server is displaying artwork on your Oppo, then let us know and we'll be able to tweak Mezzmo server and/or the Oppo BDP 103 device profile to also do this.
