Default 60 fps video problem with Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

    Hi there,

Mezzmo works pretty good on the tab but when streaming transcoded 60fps video it just show a quick green screen and then stops. I guess it's because of the frame rate. Can it be transcoded to 24fps? Is there something I could add to the device profile?

    thx!

Yes - we can tweak the device profile to cap the framerate to 24fps. What device profile are you using? Go to the Media Devices dialog to check this. Email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for the tweaked device profile.

just found out that the samsung c profile fits best with my samsung galaxy tab. plays everything (with mx player) but flvs natively without the need to embed subtitles! it even has no problems with the 60fps streams. so no need for a changed device profile anymore! thx anyway.
