    Hi Paul,

    I was trying to watch an old video in mezzmo. I get the error, This video data is not supported.
    We are using the samsung H device.

    I cleared the logs and attached a zip of the logs

    Here's the ffmpeg info

    Thanks for the logs. Mezzmo server is streaming this file directly to your Samsung H-series TV since it matches a supported format for the TV. Given your TV cannot play it, then it suggests the video has been either badly encoded or encoded in such a way that your TV's firmware cannot decode & play it. A workaround is to pre-transcode it to another (compatible) format. In Mezzmo, right-click on the video and click 'Pre-transcode Files'. On the Pre-transcode Files dialog, select your TV and click 'Choose Formats'. On the Transcode Formats dialog, select the bolded format and select the 'Force full transcode of all channels' checkbox. Click OK and then select the 'Pre-transcode files even if they match the device's supported formats' checkbox. Click OK to start transcoding and wait until it has completed. Now try streaming the file now. Hopefully it plays OK now.
