Default Request: Device Profile Moxi HD DVR

I would like a seperate profile created for the moxi hd dvr. I am forcing it to the xbox 360 profile for now and works pretty good, but would feel more comfortable if there were one designed for it's specifications.

We can certainly create a specific device profile for it.

To do that, we'll need some logs, so please turn the device off, then turn on logging in Mezzmo (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) after that turn the device on and browse a folder in Mezzmo. After that stop Mezzmo server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide

Should I set the device type back to generic in Mezzmo or does it matter?

Also, I'm not sure if this helps but I found this documentation on the moxi dvr site.

    Natively Supported Codecs:
    Image: Jpeg
    Audio: MP3, WMA, AAC, LPCM
    Video:MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, WMV

Thanks - the device profile is not important for this log. We'll look at the logs and get back to you via e-mail and also thanks for the codecs info!
