Unhappy Cannot Pause or RWD, FWD MKV and AVI files...

As it states in the title, I am having difficulty with my Samsung UNC55C6500 and MKV files. It will not let me fast forward, rewind or pause. I am using the Samsung C profile.

Please advise, otherwise Mezzmo is perfect.

    Thanks.
