Default Upgraded to 4.x from 3.x. Regretting it horribly now.

So I decided to try out the PS4's new support for their DLNA app. I found Mezzmo in the list, and as the registered product worked FLAWLESSLY on PS3 I expected the same for PS4. So I tried running every single video I could to test it out. It would not play a single file. I kept receiving an error claiming that it could not play the file. I tried a number of supported formats and received the error without fail every single time. So I upgraded from a 3.x version to a newer 4.x version. Now it won't even open anymore. It claims it's "Upgrading mezzmo database" but it never at any point ends. The loading set of periods under this message seem to keep moving, indicating to me that the program is still responding, but it NEVER goes anywhere. I can no longer use to program since updating. I am a registered user who paid for this program because it was the only one that I found to be functional for my use. Now I'm left without any server whatsoever.

We have a new device profile for PS4's new media player so email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide that to you.

Regarding your upgrade, it can take 10+ minutes depending how many files you have in your Mezzmo library. So, whilst you see the dots keep moving during the upgrade step, then it's working correctly (i.e. upgrading) and you just need to wait. The reason it is taking so long is that for Mezzmo v4.x, we have taken all the images out of the Mezzmo database and placed them on disk. This makes the Mezzmo database much smaller and faster. This image extraction step can take 10+ minutes if you have many images/thumbnails in your Mezzmo library. So please be patient and you should be fine. If still no success after 1+ hours, then email us directly at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help out.

Ok, that makes sense. I am dealing with a 4TB HDD of lost & archived television, movies, etc. Plus another 2tb drive which is mostly music. I'll just leave it be fore now. I'll email you for the ps4 stuff.
